CEECURE's state of the art manufacturing facility is located at Sara Industrial Estate, about 23 Km to the Northwest of the capital Dehra dun in Uttranchal.
Total site area 4,000 sq. meters
Building area 17,000 sq.feet.
The facility is divided into three main buildings:
I- ADMINISTRATION BUILDING
It consist of offices, quality control laboratory and Pharmaceutical Development Center. staff cafeteria, coffee lounge, are adjacent to the main Administration building.
II- HIGH BAY WAREHOUSE BUILDING
High Bay Warehouse (HBW) utilizes the most advanced technology of un-manned materials handling system, controlled by an operator from his desk. HBW has the capacity to accommodate about 14,000 pallets.
Receiving, sampling and dispatch areas along with Q.A. Packaging Laboratory that are located controls all the packaging components.
Antiseptic Manufacturing and Packaging Department is an explosion-proof area situated in the same building.
III- PRODUCTION BUILDING
Production block has been built on the ground floor. It consists of change rooms for different manufacturing and packaging departments and have Raw Materials Dispensary, Packaging Assembly and different manufacturing and packaging departments. Production building is connected to the HBW via material corridor.
